Are you returning it because the shipment was faulty or simply because you didn't like the product? No problem! We handle your return quickly and flexibly. Free returns are only possible within Germany.

IMPORTANT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS (PLEASE NOTE!):

A full refund can only be processed if the product is complete, unused/unassembled, and undamaged.
If the product has been assembled, requiring us to recoat the parts, a refund will be issued after inspection, deducting a proportional and flexible fee.
Please ensure solid packaging to avoid damage to the product.

Please print and include the following return accompanying form with your return. This facilitates the processing of your return with us and shortens the processing time.

Delivery with DHL:

If you wish to return an order delivered by DHL/Post, you can create a DHL return label yourself using the following link. (Valid only for returns within DE) Print it out and affix it to the package. Then you can drop off the package at the nearest DHL Paketshop. Returns within Germany are free of charge.
