• The standard parcel delivery time and shipping costs can be found in the table
• In addition, there is our processing time to hand over the order to DHL, which is usually 1-2 working days

*To calculate the actual shipping costs, place the desired parts in the shopping cart. During the ordering process, the actual shipping costs will then be displayed under "Shipping method".

In countries where we have an official importer, the respective contact details will be displayed directly during checkout when selecting the country. You can then either contact the importer directly or send your filled shopping cart to the importer with one click. They will then contact you as soon as possible.
Direct orders from countries with an official importer are unfortunately not possible.

We offer the following payment methods:

• Prepayment by bank transfer:
  You conveniently transfer the invoice amount to our bank account, stating the payment reference.
  We will provide you with our bank details and the payment reference separately by e-mail as part of the order processing.
  After receipt of payment, we will then ship the goods immediately.

• Apple Pay:
  You can pay with Apple Pay as part of the ordering process. To do so, you must confirm the payment via the “Apple Pay” service on a supported Apple device while complying with verification steps. Apple Pay uses the payment data stored by you in the Apple Wallet app for the transaction.

  The online bank transfer for our customers from Austria.
  You transfer the invoice amount via the familiar online banking system of your Austrian bank.

• Paypal:
  Only a few steps to payment:
  1. Select “PayPal” as the payment method at checkout.
  2. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
  3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal, setting up a PayPal account is not necessary.
